Quinta do Vale da Ermida, sends your orders to any point in Portugal and Europe, directly to the customer's home except PO boxes. The estimated delivery time is eight working days, from Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimated, and there may be delays above the deadline presented by the company for reasons of force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, Quinta do Vale da Ermida will inform the customer as soon as it becomes aware. Our goal is to make your order arrive as quickly as possible.
The delivery period starts after confirmation of payment by Paypal, and after confirmation of the customer's data or immediately after debiting our bank account.
Quinta do Vale da Ermida seeks the best partnerships with distribution companies to ensure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible, with due quality and care. Deliveries are not made on weekends.
It is important that the customer makes sure that there will be someone at the address indicated to receive the order, in addition to ensuring that the address is complete and correct. We also advise you to provide us with a preferably mobile phone number.
In the event of a strike by the Post Office / similar service or any other occasional circumstances that may cause delays in the delivery of products purchased from Quinta do Vale da Ermida, this will be exempt from guilt for the delay in delivery.
The freight cost is variable according to the total weight of the goods, distance, type of delivery, and will be added to the value of the products purchased. The cost is calculated and communicated to the customer before confirming the purchase, which is his sole responsibility and is non-refundable.
Quinta do Vale da Ermida scrupulously complies with the Portuguese legislation in force. All products presented in our store include VAT at legal rates of 6%, 13% and 23%. The value of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration in a European Union country. Outside the European Union, Quinta do Vale da Ermida does not commit itself to receipts delivered together with the goods related to taxes and / or customs costs. Unfortunately, all orders can be taxed as this process is not managed by us and we cannot avoid it. However, when sending via Correios de Portugal (CTT) the possibility of the order being taxed is small. Quinta do Vale da Ermida may automatically cancel the purchase in the following situations: Impossibility to execute the debit corresponding to the purchase on the Credit Card, non-payment of the deposit or bank transfer within the deadline, no consistency of the data filled in the purchase order or prices are registered wrong by electronic means. When an order is returned due to the customer's responsibility, and the customer wants to reship it, it is necessary to pay a reshipment fee equal to the one initially charged and with a minimum of € 7.50 so that we can process the new shipment. This fee must be paid by bank transfer and refers to the costs of returning and resending the order. If there is no payment at the end of 90 days, the order will be void, and no refunds will be made of the amounts initially charged.

Returns
Upon delivery, you should carefully examine your item. If you notice that it is not in perfect conditions, please hand it back to the carrier and clearly state the reason for the return.
Returns should be made within 14 days. Please contact us within this time-frame and we will ask the delivery company to make the collection. The returned items should be accompanied by their respective invoice. Refund will be made within 3 days after good reception of the article, using the same method you used for the payment. You must always indicate your IBAN if you have paid by MBway, ATM reference or bank transfer, and the email if you have paid by PayPal.
The customer may cancel the order up to one hour after payment, receiving the full paid amount. After this period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of the shipping costs included in the purchase price, plus the return shipping costs.
